Η Kazimierz είναι η πιο ζωντανή, η πιο μποέμ συνοικία της Κρακοβίας με πολυάριθμες αυλές, ατμοσφαιρικά καφέ και μπαράκια, είναι η γειτονία που δεν θα βαρεθείς μέρα και νύχτα! Την πρώτη μου φορά στην πόλη δεν την είχα ζήσει πολύ, έτσι την δεύτερη φορά που επισκέφτηκα την Κρακοβία (πριν ένα μήνα) επέλεξα να μείνω στην Kazimierz και να ανακαλύψω τα μυστικά της.
Βρήκα λοιπόν και σου προτείνω μικρά διαμαντάκια που δοκίμασα και μου άρεσαν για καφεδάκι, ποτάκι, πρωινό και φαγητό στην αγαπημένη μου γειτονιά της Κρακοβίας.
Για καφέ στο Cheder
Ένα μαγαζάκι στην καρδιά της παλιάς Εβραϊκής συνοικίας για να πιεις το καφεδάκι σου και να χαλαρώσεις. Μάλιστα έχει και ένα επίπεδο με στρωμένα χαλιά που μπορείς να βγάλεις τα παπούτσια σου και να κάτσεις κατάχαμα. Μου άρεσαν και τα μπισκότα του!
Για πρωινό/brunch στο Moment Resto Bar & Music
Σερβίρει πρωινό μέχρι τη 13.00 και η αλήθεια είναι ότι θα δυσκολευτείς να διαλέξεις. Εγώ πήρα τα scrambled eggs και με κράτησαν χορτάτη μέχρι το απόγευμα.
Για αυθεντικά πολωνικά pierogi στο Pierogi Mr Vincent
Αυτό που πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να δοκιμάσεις στην Πολωνία είναι τα pierogi. Και σ’αυτό το μαγαζάκι μόνο τέτοια θα φας και πίστεψέ με θα γλείφεις τα δάχτυλά σου. Έχω να δηλώσω πως πήγα δυο φορές την ίδια μέρα και δοκίμασα και αλμυρά και γλυκά (ναι μπορείς να φας και γλυκά pierogi). Αλμυρά πήρα αυτά που ήταν γεμιστά με κοτόπουλο, σπανάκι και σκόρδο και γλυκά πήρα τα γεμιστά με cranberries και συνοδευτικό παγωτό βανίλια!!!
Το μαγαζί όμως θα το λατρέψεις αν είσαι φαν του Van Gogh ή και της τέχνης γενικότερα. Το ταβάνι είναι ζωγραφισμένο σύμφωνα με την ‘Έναστρη Νύχτα’ και στους τοίχους θα βρεις αντίγραφα από έργα του μεγάλου Ολλανδού ζωγράφου όπως τα πασίγνωστα ‘Ηλιοτρόπια’!! <3
Για falafel και ωραία ατμόσφαιρα στο Hevre
Γιατί αν δεν φας falafel στην παλιά Εβραϊκή συνοικιά, πού θα φας;; Το Hevre το είχα τσεκάρει σε πολλά travel blogs και μου το πρότεινε και ο host στο airbnb που νοίκιασα το πρώτο βράδυ στην πόλη! Πήγα και τρελάθηκα!!! Μια παλιά συναγωγή μετατράπηκε σε ένα all day cafe bar και στους τοίχους μπορείς ακόμα να θαυμάσεις σχεδόν ανέγγιχτες τις τοιχογραφίες της εποχής.
Για zapiekanka στην Plac Nowy
Το zapiekanka είναι η ”πολωνική πίτσα”. Μισή ή ολόκληρη μπαγκέτα και πάνω βάζεις ό,τι θέλεις. Στην κεντρική πλατεία της συνοικίας Kazimierz (Plac Nowy) θα βρεις πολλά μαγαζάκια που την φτιάχνουν με πιο γνωστό το Endzior.
Για ποτό στο Eszeweria Bar
Η καρδιά της νυχτερινής ζωής της Κρακοβίας χτυπάει στην Kazimierz και συγκεκριμένα στην οδό Jozefa και τα γύρω στενάκια! Το Eszeweria είναι ένα παλιό σπίτι με το σαλόνι του, την αυλή του κτλ που μεταμορφώθηκε σε ένα από τα πιο γνωστά και in μπαράκια της πόλης. Μάλιστα φωτίζεται μόνο με κεριά!! Μου θύμισε λίγο τα Ruin bars της Βουδαπέστης να πω την αλήθεια και ίσως ήταν ένας από τους λόγους που το λάτρεψα.
Έχεις πάει σε κάποιο από τα παραπάνω μαγαζάκια;; Ποιά άλλα μέρη σου άρεσαν στην περιοχή Kazimierz της Κρακοβίας;;
