Το Σάββατο που πέρασε βρέθηκα στη Δημητσάνα Αρκαδίας όπως κατάλαβες αν με ακολουθείς στα social media!!
Η εκδρομή διοργανώθηκε από την εταιρεία που δουλεύει η μητέρα μου με διάφορες δραστηριότητες να διαλέξουμε: rafting, πεζοπορία και περιήγηση!! Οι γονείς μου και ο αδερφός έκαναν rafting κι εγώ διάλεξα την περιήγηση που περιελάμβανε βόλτα στην πόλη της Δημητσάνας και επίσκεψη στο Υπαίθριο Μουσείο Υδροκίνησης!
Βέβαια αν ήταν να ξαναπάμε έτσι, θα διάλεγα το rafting, γιατί όλοι πέρασαν υπέροχα!! Είναι πάντως κάτι που θέλω σίγουρα να δοκιμάσω!!
Τελικά την πόλη δεν καταφέραμε να την περπατήσουμε αρκετά, αλλά φυσικά και πρόλαβα να βγάλω τις απαραίτητες φωτογραφίες!! Σιγά μην έχανα!! Η Δημητσάνα είναι καρτποσταλική με πύργους, νερόμυλους και μπαρουτόμυλους!! Εδώ να σε πληροφορήσω πως κατά τη διάρκεια της επανάστασης του 1821 αποτελούσε το σημαντικότερο κέντρο ανεφοδιασμού σε μπαρούτι! Θα την αγαπήσεις σίγουρα!!
Πήρε το μάτι μου κι ένα πολύ cute καφέ, αλλά δεν πρόλαβα να πιώ καφεδάκι εκεί!! Λέγεται ”Κάτω από το ρολόι” και βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο του χωριού. Την επόμενη φορά θα κάτσω σίγουρα!! Είναι και wine bar, επομένως αν σκέφτεσαι να επισκεφτείς την Δημητσάνα και μείνεις κιόλας, μπορείς το βράδυ να πιείς και το ποτάκι σου!!

Αξίζει να περάσεις μια βόλτα και από το Υπαίθριο Μουσείο Υδροκίνησης που βρίσκεται 2χλμ. από την Δημητσάνα!! Τα αναστηλωμένα κτήρια ενός νερόμυλου με τη συστεγασμένη νεροτριβή, ενός βυρσοδεψείου με την κατοικία του βυρσοδέψη και ενός μπαρουτόμυλου σε μεταφέρουν πίσω στο χρόνο και ζωντανεύουν τα παραδοσιακά επαγγέλματα της προβιομηχανικής κοινωνίας.
