Προχθές που ήταν η Διεθνής Ημέρα Μουσείων (18 Μαίου), είπαμε με τον καλό μου να ανέβουμε στην Ακρόπολη αφού είχαμε καιρό!! Δυστυχώς πετύχαμε συννεφιά, αλλά και με ήλιο και με συννεφιά το μεγαλείο της δεν περιγράφεται!!!
Στο κέντρο της σύγχρονης Αθήνας, δεσπόζει το μεγαλοπρεπέστερο και σπουδαιότερο ιερό της αρχαία πόλης, το οποίο είναι αφιερωμένο στην προστάτιδα θεά της, την Αθηνά! Στους αιώνες που πέρασαν τα μνημεία που βρίσκονται στον βραχώδη λόφο υπέστησαν ζημιές είτε από φυσικά αίτια είτε από ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Πρόκειται για τρείς αρχαίους ναούς: τον Παρθενώνα, το Ερέχθειο και τον ναό της Απτέρου Νίκης, καθώς και για την είσοδο, τα Προπύλαια! Στον χώρο βρίσκονται και άλλα μικρότερα ιερά.
Παράλληλα, επισκεφθήκαμε και τη Νότια Κλιτύ, που περιλαμβάνει το ιερό και το θέατρο του Διονύσου, το ωδείο του Περικλή και το Ασκληπιείο!
Ξεκινήσαμε από τη Νότια Κλιτύ και μετά ανεβήκαμε στον ”ιερό βράχο”!!!
Ανεβαίνοντας βλέπεις φυσικά και την Αθήνα πιάτο μπροστά σου!! Όσο πιο ψηλά πας τόσο πιο πολύ νιώθεις την ενέργεια που έχει αυτός ο μοναδικός τόπος που κάποτε γέννησε τη δημοκρατία και άλλα υψηλά ιδανικά!! Τη μαγεία που κατακλύζει κάθε επισκέπτη του ιερού βράχου, καθώς το φως και οι αχτίδες του παίζουν ανάμεσα στις κολώνες όπως τις διαπερνά!!
Ένας τόπος μοναδικός και μεγαλειώδης!! Αυτό είναι η Ακρόπολη των Αθηνών!!
